Batch Genome Variation Server 144

About Batch GVS

The Batch Genome Variation Server, fed by a local database, enables rapid access to human genotype data found in dbSNP. The current dbSNP build is build 144 (May 2015). The variation locations are mapped to the human genome reference sequence of December 2013 (UCSC hg38, NCBI build 38). The interactive version can be found at the GVS144 site.

Batch GVS allows you to perform large automated searches by submitting a text file with a list of genes, chromosome regions, or rs IDs. Once the search and any requested calculations are complete, an e-mail is sent to you with a link for downloading a file.
